We discovered the importance of clean and fresh air in our homes, schools, offices, restaurants and hospitals. We understood that our home is the last shelter, and we should take care of it like ourselves, to guarantee the best air quality possible in our homes and every other confined space.

Liberorespiro is born from the research of solutions which improve the quality of life in closed spaces, beginning with the use of innovative air conditioning systems with high efficiency, which only use filtered and sanitized air coming from outside, with a substantial amount of air exchange.

Starting from this, we propose a different approach in designing and making spaces which is based on a new level of awareness, developed during the lockdown. We need to make a better use of the places we live in in terms of air quality, construction materials and the relationship between the spaces and the people who inhabit them.

Our activities are driven by the Italian Design Thinking and handle the study of strategies and projects which are going to be applied in the social innovation field, regarding life of people after Covid-19. We have more technology that we could ever use at our disposal: the real innovative transformation consists in taking that technology in the real world, in order to solve people’s problems and satisfy their needs. Design is the one thing that can help rethink the interaction between men and technology, enabling its fruition.

We develop new concepts, new market strategies, new applications of innovative technologies using the advice for the redevelopment of spaces that include the design of renewed layouts and the selection of appropriate technologies and components through which we can build the project as a whole.

liberorespiro suggests new ways of living and working in buildings, extending the terms of sustainability and security for a genuine quality of life.

We want to fight a battle for breathing in the places we live, around the people and the things that surround us.

For many years, with the friendship of Hans Reinders, founder of Oxycom, a company which holds several patents in adiabatic cooling technology, we have developed the knowledge of the potential and beneficial effects of reducing indoor air pollution. The partnership with Oxycom is reinforced and allows us to propose ad-hoc solutions for new projects and retro-fitting of energy and environmental upgrading in every confined space, paying particular attention to fresh air, “libero respiro”.
